We see kangaroos day and night
but Wombats are nocturnal and seldom
seen except in wildlife park

Paulines horse is perched on the edge of a very steep mountainside, put there by the guide for the photo
Snowy River Country - Touched by brushfires
Spot where Craig's hut used to stand prior to the bushfires in December. Hut was used in the movie "The Man From Snowy River" A rebuild is being planned.

Early morning walks We would see lots of wild parrots and
cockatoos. The field would have
a dozen or more kangaroos in the
early mornings and at dusk.
